I’m been doing classes with Rokaya since June! Not only do me and my daugther really enjoy it, she particular enjoyed the yoga and massage element. She also gives lots of great advice about motherhood and baby. Rokaya also helped to sleep train my daugther and all her advice was invaluable! Not only is she sleeping through the night but also had a better routine! Thank you so much xxx

I have been attending Rokaya's classes since my child was 6 weeks old and he is now 5 months! My son and I love attending her courses. Rokaya is great with children and gives great advice and suggestions for both mother and baby. Both Mother and baby and development classes are informative, well structured and fun as well as being great value for money. She also takes the time to email notes from the classes and will even do research or send recommendations by text or email. Highly recommended.
