Since starting with Julia in august last year, I now actually enjoy exercise! I have learned to have better eating habits and now don’t judge myself if I have treats now and then. She offers lots of support not only with training but with meal planning and nutrition. It is a pressure-free environment to train in with 1-1 support. I could now feel confident going to an open gym and using the equipment properly to get proper results. Julia’s cobra fit classes on a Monday evening are really fun ...

I’ve been training for over a year and a half with Julia with a mix of cobra classes, pt sessions , meal prep and other classes such as Latin fit and burlesque chair fitness. I’ve had amazing results and can’t thank Julia enough for all her knowledge and support.

I've been attending sessions with Julie for just over 3 months now, and it has been absolutely fabulous :-) I'm not the most confident person, so I opted for a personal trainer for the 1-to-1 sessions, and Julie has been lovely! She is kind, friendly, and always encouraging, which I really appreciate The sessions are well worth the price, especially for 1-to-1 mentoring and the use of all of the equipment, which hit all over your body! You'll definitely be feeling it, but you'll see results...

I've been training now for 3 week with Savika and Julia. Thanks to the wealth of knowledge they both possess I've started hitting my goals of weight loss and gaining muscle. Under there keen eye I am sure anyone who would take part in the personal training programme will see massive differences, I would 100% recommend B-Strong, not only because of the amazing facilities, because of the amazing people.
