Jo is great at preparing workouts which stretch you physically. She constantly mixes things up so your body has to work hard but it’s all achievable and you can work to your level. The group are all so friendly. After ten years at a local gym I had only spoken to two people! During my first session with B-Fitness I met and chatted to at least four members! Can’t recommend Jo highly enough - the change in my mental and physical strength has been dramatic and I look forward to every session

I started coming to the power wave class a couple of months ago and it’s great! It’s a quick but effective workout and Jo is great at encouraging you to get your best out of your workout. It’s also a positive and friendly environment to be in. I’ve just recently started doing the yoga class too and it makes a great start to the week.

I recently booked a massage with Jo Conroy. It was fantastic. Before the massage Jo asked me questions about my body and areas that needed attention. I liked that Jo came to my house. I will definitely use her services again.

Jo is a wonderful trainer, understanding my fitness needs and guides me where needed. Her classes are friendly, welcoming and fun. I really enjoy the powerwave sessions as they have real impact but the yoga is great for helping me stretch and wind down.

Highly recommend Jo. My fitness had been pretty poor and I’d been put off by other trainers. But Jo listened to me, designed my own personalised work out plan and for once made exercise enjoyable. Her knowledge of health and fitness is second to none and she knows how to get the best from you. Amazing personal trainer and all round fitness guru.
