Aylesbury boxing club personally I think it's better than sandman boxing club and the teachers at Aylesbury boxing club are great boxing teachers and they have passion for the sport and i did learn my 5 defence when I was the age of 7 then I stopped when I was 12 then didn't go again but I need to go haven't trained in 2 years and now I'm 15 so I need to start. They teach u how to have your arms up hold the phone next to ur ear and keep the microphone in ur hand and ur arm up and put ur chin ...

Great club great coaches and joined to England boxing

Absolutely amazing all round. All the staff/coaches that work here (who are also all unpaid volunteers) are brilliant and give a fantastic amount of support to anyone that walks through the doors. The prices are cheap and cheerful, especially for the sheer amount of training you will receive. Would recommend to literally anyone of any age looking to tone up or loose weight :)
