  • It can be quite daunting going to a class for the first time, but Catherine's classes are really welcoming. You work hard, but completely at your own pace and level of fitness. It's fun, everyone is friendly and I feel good for it every week!

  • Catherine runs a great class with lots of variety each week so there is no chance of getting bored. There's always a mix of cardio and strength training and the class is suitable for all levels of ability. I have noticed a positive change in my muscle tone and fitness in the year that I have been going.   • This class is the best class I have been to. You can go with a friend, but will feel equally welcome on your own. Catherine makes sure you exercising safely at all times, and working as hard as you can. This is a fun class where no one will judge your fitness or ability. We are all there to do our best and enjoy.

  • I would highly recommend this fitness class. Catherine is very welcoming to all abilities and ages, tailoring each exercise to ensure everyone gets the most out of it. I don’t enjoy going to the gym, but Catherine makes exercise fun. There are classes in the evening and daytime depending on what time of day you can make. Plus I get to spend time with my parents and make new friends.
