Second time here in two weeks good to have something like this on your door step, saves ordering online. Great service

Lost my product, do not communicate about that untill I discover it myself, and do nothing to get a replacement in time. The refund they gave me is less because it’s another currency and then they ask me to replace the order (so to pay more and wait another month).

Terrible service, placed order and paid for next day delivery, contacted them 2 days later to ask where it was to which I was told it had been sent but they didn't know where it was and blamed royal mail's strokes, when in reality they should have used a reliable courier if customers are paying for next day delivery. I was then contacted 2 days after that to be told that my order hadn't been sent at all and that one of the items was out of stock. Shocking customer service, avoid at all costs....

Great set of people really friendly and helpful. Danny couldnt of done anything else for me Nothing is too much trouble. This is my go to shop for anything hose related
