Completed 3 day First Aid training with Aurora. Instructor was knowledgeable and made the training fun. Lots of practical evaluations and real life examples to keep the course interesting and us students engaged. No death-by-powerpoint here but don't expect an easy ride either. You'll earn your pass, and rightly so. Highly recommended.

Not usually one to write a review however in this case I made an exception. If i could give them 6 stars I would. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who will help you every step of the way.

I phoned and spoke to tutor who informed me I would be able to do course before my badge expired. After that my calls and message were ignored its as if they had disappeared off the face of the earth. My badge expired so was able to book in with singleton training in lincoln. They booked me in there and then over the phone. Much better then aurora. I don't want to sound bitter but if you can't meet your customers needs your not a very good company, very disappointed.

Excellent first aid course! Instructor was incredibly professional whilst still being entertaining and engaging. Would highly recommend!
