  • Allison has been my personal trainer for four years, and I can honestly say she is the best trainer I’ve ever had. She’s motivating, nurturing, keeps things fresh, doesn’t judge, and pushes me mentally and physically to achieve my goals.   • Allison is phenomenal PT - energetic, knowledgeable, encouraging, wise and lots and lots of fun. She's helped me go from feeling like someone who "didn't belong" in the world of fitness to someone who enjoys doing the work and seeing the improvements. The new premises on Westow Hill are fantastic, and Shellbe's new box and vibe class is a great work out with heaps of energy from a very knowledge trainer. I couldn't recommend them enough for being welcoming and inclusive.

  • I love the Core Restore class - it's a proper workout unlike several other postnatal classes I've tried, and we've been coming since my son was about 10 weeks old. There's a variety of exercises each week to keep it fresh and challenging, and the structure of the class means you can pop over to your baby frequently.
