Charlotte is a very professional, patient and encouraging trainer. Her sessions are very personal and specific to my goals whilst also considering any aches and pains on the day. After years of training, Charlotte was the first p.t that taught me to to warm up properly, with specific warm ups, stretches, and workouts to work around all my 'niggles'. Kind person, who always goes the extra mile. She was incredibly patient with me and started me on my fitness journey when I was quite poorly. I’ve since lost over 15KG of fat and she’s instilled me with some very good habits! 100% recommend.

I have known Charlotte a good few years now and she has always be a kind, friendly, caring person so i thought of her when I wanted to start my fitness journey. She is a brilliant personal trainer as well as a friend, she is reliable, never lets me down and I never let her down. Charlotte is an amazing Personal Trainer and I would 100% recommend her 👌 She is so passionate about helping people to achieve their goals. My goal wasn't about loosing weight or toning up, it more about correcting my imbalances left over after a previous injury. I first went to Charlotte with back ache and poor posture, after a year of strengthening and functional exercises my back is stronger and my posture has improved. Alongside this I've dropped body fat and feel great. The sessions are fun but challenging and Charlotte tailors them to your goals. She is always available if you need advice in between sessions.
