John and Will have created something pretty special here - a serious gym which doesn't take itself too seriously. They balance knowledge and professionalism with fun and friendliness, making the gym a really welcoming place to be - as well as a great place to learn and to train. Bonus points for excellent dogs.

John was helping me get into shape for playing American Football coming out of the pandemic and the three months I spent working with him made me more capable in the sport than I’d ever been. The gym is a welcoming and friendly environment! I had 1-2-1 training sessions with John who was so patient. I had never ‘lifted’ before, I was starting from scratch and John took it right back to basics - teaching me the correct techniques. Each week I felt very encouraged and motivated to get better and better and could see the results!
