I have been training with Simon Cowen for a few years. Every session is different. I asked Simon to push me to my limit and he does not disappoint me!! My BMI has dropped and I feel in great shape . I broke my ankle 2 years ago and Simon has helped with my rehab better than a local physio I was seeing.
