Started training with Grant three months ago to achieve more body mass whilst staying lean. Grant’s regular check- ins and nutrition advice, alongside the various training guides enabled me to reach my desired goal in a matter of months. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get in shape or get back on track.

Grant is an amazing trainer - super motivating and helps you stay on track by setting practical and healthy goals. He is always reachable and there to help in whichever which way he can! The athletic pursuit app has helped me track my progress and keep me motivated to train towards my goals

I've been training with Grant for several years and he has transformed my approach to fitness and wellness generally. He has a highly personalised approach and helps you to set goals and achieve them. Training sessions are always holistic and well thought-out, and he keeps it interesting and engaging.
