Just wanted to thank all the team at ADC for all their hard work and support. I joined ADC around October 2022 and weighed approx 13 stone. Six months later I'm approx a 11.5 stone. They put together a nutritional plan and exercise system that focused on losing weight and building muscle. They worked around long standing injuries with my shoulder and hip. I used to go gym 5-6 times a week. I now go twice a week with ADC and getting far better results, without compromising on my diet or lifestyle. Not only do they enable amazing results, but it’s only hugely enjoyable, all of the coaches are great people to work with (and very knowledgeable) and they create a great community amongst the members too. Worth every penny!!

ADC are a really friendly gym, always very welcoming. The instructors especially Suzanne are very knowledgeable and patient. Very supportive and encouraging. Would highly recommend

I've been training with ADC since late Feb 2022 after deciding to shed the weight put on over two years of covid and the Christmas of 2021. Nine months later, I am seeing results far beyond just my psychical appearance, most notably my fitness and mental strength! The ADC are not only professionals with their knowledge; they are masters of lifting my mood and have turned exercise and my in-studio sessions into the highlights of my week. ADC are not an ordinary gym, the team are professionals that care. Their knowledge and expertise have helped me get through my injuries while keeping me mobile and active! The trainers know how much they can push you, and get the best out of you with great results!
