  • I went to see Sandy two days after running a half marathon as I was feeling a lot of muscle ache. Sandy was absolutely amazing and the next day I was already feeling so much better. I will recommend her and will return to see her for post running recovery!

  • Sandy at Aspyr has been absolutely great! She has greatly helped me with neck strain which I have had for many years. We have now moved onto working on mobility and strength.
