Aspire Leadership

I attended the Aspire Influencing and Communication course with Tee and my team of consultants, and this was excellent. All the tips and tricks shared were useful, and Tee really took the time to make sure that everyone's aims for the course were understood and worked through. It's not often I'd write a review of anything - let alone a training session - but the Train-the-Trainer course I attended in January, facilitated by Annemarie and Sally, was exceptional. They hosted the group perfectly, ensuring all our learning needs were met and delivered in such a personable and knowledgeable style. Wonderful and very inspiring two days! Sally and Caroline are great trainers, we have learned many techniques, everything was explained so clearly! We did a lot of practice together as a group and in pairs so we clicked very quickly and we could share a lot of experiences and knowledge. Atmosphere was great, a lot of tasks and practice but so much fun too! Definitely I will come back one day. Highly recommend!

Sally and Carolyn had great energy and was pro active and engaging. The structure of the course was very good and you learn alot that you can take away with you and implement in your own work place. I would recommend the line management course. Thank you 😊

I recently took part in a online course for line management and would like to say a huge thank you to both Sam and Ian for their hard work in making the course fun but also full of information. I chose to do the online course due to finding it easier to absorb new information, the course included a range of activities and role play exercises which i found very useful.
