Awful instructor. Seems to believe the student is her personal taxi driver, not a client paying for her services which when she does attempt to provide, does not do so particularly effectively. Have had 6 months worth of lessons and still not confident in the basics of driving. The lessons taken were not even to the full time paid for - apparently there are 50 minutes in an hour? Very disappointed especially for the price - many much cheaper and better instructors are out there.

I had three driving instructors before I met Tracy and I lost all my confidence and belief that I will ever pass my test. I had 3 block bookings of 10 lessons each paid for in advance. Each lesson is 1 hour long but for a long time I barely get 30 mins of actual driving time. On a couple of occasions my time and money was wasted as the instructor didn't have enough petrol in the car and had to fill up mid lesson! She cancelled one lesson at midnight when the lesson was at 8am and another time I waited and she didn't turn up.
