Attended a friend's wedding here in the function room. Absolute lovely place, the prices at the bar were reasonable too as I was expecting them to be more expensive and as for the bar staff... they were an absolutely lovely bunch. Always smiling and happy to serve 😊 well recommended

Food is amazing, taste delicious. Big portions. Great value. Premises is a little shabby in place needs a refurb. Course is beautiful. Love the addition of the outdoor seating put in over covid. That'll be lovely in summer

Nice course, some interesting holes and well maintained. Its January so wet in places and not surprised that only 15 holes open, not a problem as reduced green fee also. Staff and the lady members we met were friendly. Will definitely return.

Hard course needs a map to play greens are very fast and bunkers are really well kept, but again you need a course map to play

A great course with lots of variety through the 18 holes. One of the best courses in Tameside. Par 3 holes all have a familiar layout and a good chance to score well; although the view from tee to green can be disconcerting, especially the 18th. The 6th hole, an uphill par 4, needs a tee shot placed centre-right of the fairway to open up a compact, secure green. Yardage markers in the centre of the fairway on par 4 and 5 holes a useful reference for visiting players. Greens in good condition ...
