I've been coming to Karen's class for 3 months now and it's been an amazing experience so far, even if I had never thought of yoga as something that could feel so good as part of my weekly routine! I love doing Ashtanga Yoga with Karen. She is lovely, the lessons are adapted for all levels, you feel comfortable since the first time despite the awkward positions and it is motivating. Ashtanga with Karen is a pleasure, it is dynamic and relaxing at the same time. I had benefits on my flexibility and strength. I’m suggesting Ashtanga Yoga to all my friends and I definitely recommend it.

Can’t recommend Ashtanga Yoga with Karen highly enough. I’ve been going once a week for 10 months now, starting from a pretty low base line, as a 64 year old man having had major abdominal surgery, resulting in a colostomy and a stoma. Ashtanga Yoga with Karen has changed my life. No exaggeration. She has given me the confidence in my body as it is now, to embrace yoga.
