This place is wonderful, I highly recommend it! I tried Ashtanga yoga a few years ago but it wasn’t the right time for me then. A couple of years ago, I decided to try again, and I’m so glad I did. I joined Ashtanga Bristol just over a year ago at age 60 with no previous experience of yoga. Caroline has been amazingly supportive and patient as I have slowly progressed one practice at a time. A fantastic place to practice whether you have practiced Ashtanga or not. The shala has a lovely atmosphere and welcoming community and the teachers are fantastic. And on Gloucester Road so plenty to enjoy after your practice!

Oh, I love this place! ❤️ I started here as a near-beginner 3 years ago. Caroline is an incredible teacher, and the experience has been (and continues to be) transformational, in all the good ways ☺️ I am stronger, fitter, more flexible, calmer and more balanced.
