Great kids rugby club. The Pavilion is a great place to go afterwards too

I had my induction with Paul this morning. What a great trainer. He knew exactly what problems I was having with my back and the advice he gave me was priceless. Better than any doctor or physio. Great little gym and friendly staff did nt feel intimidated was a great morning with a great trainer. Thank you Paul for all of your advice ane help.
