He has helped me to really understand the fundamentals and benefits of training, healthy eating and taking charge of your mind state in order to succeed at becoming the best version of yourself.   • Alex actively listens and helps identify what are your goals, and creates a realistic program to achieve these. His positive attitude and support is what makes the difference. He develops your technique and strength. I could only hip thrust 20kg and now I can do 140kg! He just gets you. He knows when you can be pushed and when you shouldn’t push yourself.
