Gift from husband was to go on the pastry making course. Beautiful location and a very warm welcome with a delicious coffee and cookie. Everything you need for the day is provided. The teacher for the day, Emmanuel, was patient, engaging and fun. Mid morning coffee and a delicious brownie with fruit provided, followed by a delicious lunch. Learnt loads and had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend.

The Introduction to Bread Making course is a wonderful experience in a beautiful location that I'd recommend to everyone. Les has that exceptional talent of being able to pass on his knowledge and explain the science of breadmaking in ways that are easy to understand. The course is paced to suit the  learners on that day, and is lots of fun as well as very informative. We spent a couple of nights in the bakers hut and it was a perfect setting for a break away. Everything had been thought of, from the welcome hamper and logs ready for the cooler nights. Louise's advice on walks and local cafes was also appreciated and made sure we were able to make the most of our time there.
