Art Smart

Brilliant art studio! My 6 year old does a weekend class and loves it. She can be really shy but loves to draw and Art Smart is one of her favourite places. Different theme each week and Lynn does an amazing job of inspiring & teaching whilst encouraging their creativity. 100% recommend! Holiday classes are great too.

Me, my sister and my mum have been coming to art-smart for the last couple of months and we LOVE it. There is a great crowd of people (all ages) and Lynn is a fabulous tutor. We don’t only think we are getting better with our art but we have a laugh and find it very relaxing.

Lynn is very talented both as an artist and a teacher. Her passion really rubs off on the students and her calming warmth makes you instantly feel as if you are with a friend. I am very grateful for skill and knowledge when teaching additional needs. It is the perfect place to learn or perfect your art whatever your age or level.

Lynn is a wonderful woman who makes everyone feel welcome in her classes. I was in her evening journalling class and it was always my favourite evening of the week. It was an opportunity to unwind from the humdrum of the week and just sit, talk with the lovely other participant and to be creative as one like!

Art Smart is safe space for anyone who fancies having a go at art - regardless of how much talent they think they have or have not. One of my favourite sessions involved painting to music. I'm just enjoying creating without worrying about whether the finished article is any good. Lynn is a superb art teacher. Her style is inclusive, comfortable and definitely non judgemental. Well worth a visit.
