Begin the new year with clarity and focus at our Make Your Own Meditation Mala Workshop, led by artist and facilitator Eugenia Rosa Eugenia Rosa on Friday 10th January from 6:30 - 8:30 PM at the Art & Spirituality Centre in Edinburgh.
Drawing from her experience in art and spiritual traditions, Eugenia will guide you in crafting a personal mala, a beaded necklace used in meditation to count intentions or mantras. Each mala you make can reflect your intentions for the year ahead, serving as a daily reminder of your inner peace and aspirations.
Why create a mala?
Mala beads have been used for centuries to centre and focus the mind. Making your own adds personal significance, grounding your meditation practice in your unique journey and goals.
What to Expect:
Personalised Meditation Tool: Choose from a selection of natural beads, crystals, and charms that reflect your personal intentions.
Mindful & Reflective: A calm and welcoming space to set intentions and find clarity alongside a supportive community.
Symbolic Additions: Bring any meaningful charms or beads to add a personal touch to your mala, making it uniquely yours.
Spaces are limited, so book now to begin 2025 with mindfulness and intention at the Art & Spirituality Centre.
