  • Highly recommend Armoured muscle. Elliot has a range of classes that can help with fitness. He teaches all exercises before you have to do them with variations that are harder and easier depending on the level you can do. Honestly wouldn’t go to anywhere else well worth travelling to Watton for. My partner and I do mace training, total body circuits and Boot Camp so glad we found them.   • The Steel Mace class is both an excellent workout and really good fun. Elliot breaks down the steps for different abilities and gives you the support you need to feel as confident and comfortable as you can while swinging a heavy lump of metal around. Simple booking process, flexibility to pay-per-week, and an addictive rewards program. Thoroughly recommend!

  • Different workshops and classes to choose from. Mace is something I tried and loved it. Good for all over body and mind. Elliot gives Different levels to do the excersizes so if u haven't worked out for a while it helps build your strength and fitness. PT is good as you get to choose what parts of the body you want to work on while learning to have better eating habits. ☺️

  • I have been training with Elliot for about 18 weeks. Along with my other half. Based at Watton sports centre. Elliot has been great and kept us on track with weekly check ins. Every P.T session we learn something new about health and nutrition. We both enjoy our session, and believe me we are no spring chickens. The training sessions has all been new to us as we had no idea on what to do with weights etc. we also get a program set for us on the extra days we train.

  • I have been attending legs bums and tums sessions for over 2 months now and it's so much fun. It hard work but its really enjoyable. Elliot is professional and so full of knowledge and wants to help in any way he can. The class has a variety of levels of ability for you to decide to start easy and work up to difficult to achieve your goals. All exercises are explained with different versions shown.
