  • I've been training with Arland for a few months now and the difference is amazing. I was really unfit and suffering back problems, being prone to slipped discs this was dangerous territory for me. I was just lacking the motivation to get back in shape. Arland varies the workouts so I never get bored. He pushes me more than I'd push myself but never to the point of pain or injury. He also stands for none of my nonsense!   • For anyone that needs a plan both for exercise and food intake, Arland provides an all round package where you will definitely see results over time. Not only will he put a routine together that meets your own personal requirements, you'll understand the benefits of what you're doing. Combined with the meal plans and your own motivation, you'll see your progress overtime, tracking your results on a weekly basis. I can't recommend Arland enough and I am extremely pleased with my results.

  • Arland took me on as a client when I was looking to increase my general fitness but, shortly afterwards, I had a skiing accident resulting in very limited movement. Arland has been fantastic - totally professional with the restricted amount of exercises that I can do and extremely motivational and positive when dealing with a frustrated client! I would highly recommend Arland and am much looking forward to increasing the range of training that I can do with him as my mobility improves.
