After a long time of convincing myself that I could try pole being a plus size lady I went along! I’ve never felt so welcome, everyone was really friendly and being plus size my anxiety was automatically squashed! I’ve been going ever since! Sooo good for self confidence and empowerment! Xx

I love coming here The instructors are so friendly make you feel comfortable and push you as far as you can in your pole journey I do 121s and group classes when I can the other girls in the classes are so welcoming too the studio is so clean and you always leave feeling like an empowered goddess I travel from Hernebay to dance here because I love the studio so much!!
