I've been training with Luke for several months now, he listened to what my goals were and has been amazing at helping me to achieve them, each session getting stronger and fitter. He is very knowledgeable and clearly knows his stuff which he shares and explains in a way that I can understand. He's always a friendly face and has a good ear for listening, I would highly recommend getting in touch with Luke if you want good results. Thanks for everything Luke :)

I have been working with Luke for a few months and certainly notice the difference in how my body feels. He creates programs for me which are both challenging and achievable. He is a great guy to work with who evidently knows his stuff!! Can not recommend more highly!!!

Amazing and professional experience! I gave my goals at the beginning, and every week we discuss and get closer to goals! The enthusiasm has made me set new goals which we continue to hit! I have received great nutritional advice to help me along too! Incredible experience, and very enjoyable!

Luke has been coaching and training me for just over a year now. He is great at putting a plan in motion that supports my goals.
