Great and versatile space and personal trainer, Ryan, will get you the results you desire. I have edited my original review as I simply must mention the safety measures that Ryan has introduced since Covid 19. He has adapted his training methods so that there is social distancing at all times, he is constantly sanitising equipment before and after you use it (other gyms should follow his lead) and he still manages to get the best out of his clients. Great place for one on one PT session tailored to what you want. There are a variety of equipment to use as part of your session. Very reliable, but the workout is all in you.

The Muhammad Ali Boxing Speed Pad Training Area 5 Fitness does in there sessions is one of the best ways to get fit.

Me and one of my apprentice's have been doing double sessions with Area 5 for almost a year now. We both have a boxing background, and Ryans method is spot on. No none sense when you walk in you're training, no chit chat because thats not what we go for. Would recommend them anyone looking to improve their fitness and get results quick!

I've trained at Area 5 Fitness twice now and it's definitely not for the faint hearted. There no messing around way of training suits my way of thinking when it comes to a personal training session. I love the Muhammad Ali Speed Pad techniques they put into my sessions and can't wait for my next session where we will be putting in some boxing body bag work.
