Have had a terrible experience with Arc Hospitality recently.. Definitely not a worthy recruiting agency. Very unprofessional behaviour as the team respond days later or don't respond at all to the emails and leave you hanging. They show multiple available roles on the Ubeya app but never allot you one. Working at Arc has been an experience, it may not have always been positive but hey you get that with any job. It’s honestly a thrill working at different venues especially when you are with your friends. So far I’ve had an absolutely blast. P.S. Emma (from the Liverpool Branch) is the best manager 100%.

I have seen so many negative reviews on here regarding peoples bad experience’s with Arc but I can honestly say I have never had any problems with wages, shifts, or any other problems like people are saying and if I do have a query it’s always dealt with quickly and efficiently.
