The 12 week programme Adam created for me has really helped me gain confidence in the gym and I’m really enjoying following it so far! Our Tuesday Hiit classes are really fun as well - hard work but fun!

If you are looking for a PT -in person or remotely- Adam is your person ! I’d been going to the gym doing classes and random weights -not really knowing what goes together or how to perform them properly! But no more ! Adam developed a remote plan for me that was easy to use and designed for what I wanted to focus on -couldn't have asked for a better plan . In person classes are challenging but fun -never the same each week. Definitely feel fitter and healthier!

Adam has really helped me gain confidence in going the gym and attending classes. He has really helped with my mental health. By changing my attitude to my health and fitness has really made me see life a bit more positive. Can’t recommend enough. He’s a star ⭐️

Really enjoy being trained by and training with Adam. Expert advice , guidance and this has really improved my approach to my personal fitness. We have a really good laugh too which makes it all the more enjoyable. Cant recommend him enough 👍

Adam has been amazing support while I kick-start my well being journey. He listens, understands and tailors everything to your needs so it works. So far he's sorted out my nutritional needs and can't wait to start my 1:1 sessions. I've lost weight, feel confident and know ill reach my goal of fitting back into my wedding dress for the big day in 2023! He's a big advocate of feeling good over monitoring the numbers and I love that. Definitely recommend!
