Frank is not only one of the friendliest instructors i have ever meet he is also highly experience and skilled in many forms of combat catering for anybody looking for either traditional, reality based or combat sport based martial arts. Couldnt recommend this club enough
Frank is a first class instructor with a huge amount of experience both in Martial Arts and real life applications. This makes his system incredibly practical for self defence.
