I have trained with Logan now for 4 years and wouldn't look anywhere else. All programming is bespoke, to suit me as an individual, and allowed me to progress with a plan that fits around my busy lifestyle. Even during lockdown he has provided remote coaching adapted to limited home equipment, and been able to conduct PT sessions via video call. Highly recommended.

Logan is an excellent coach. While he very successfully trains a lot of competitive athletes, don’t shy away if you’re not one (I’m definitely not). He can tailor a workout to anyone’s needs so that it’s really tough, but at your level. You’ll definitely see rapid improvements in your fitness no matter your starting point. He’s also just a pleasure to hang out with. Can highly recommend!

Logan has enabled me to develop my rugby specific strength and fitness. His understanding of a player’s requirements helped me to improve and advance to playing in the women’s premiership. His professional approach to training means that I am always pushed to get the most from a session.

I have been training with Functional Fitness for over two years. Logan is a great coach and if you listen to his words, you will definitely get results. I am 18kg down, a hell of a lot stronger and fitter. Each session is different, there is always a new way to work muscle groups. I cannot recommend high enough.
