The program Luke at “Apex sport performance” provided me with really helped me focus on improving mobility and slowly building up strength safely, over the course of 8 weeks the program helped massively, it included great warm ups and cool downs and focused on strength building exercises that got increasingly hardy bit by bit during the 8 weeks. It was perfect for the extra push I needed for my rugby training.
