love this place, I really enjoyed the fight club section. i was late so I missed the opening rules, but I love fight club, i would highly recommend it!

My boy's love coming here. Great coaches, who are patient and encouraging. My boy's confidence has grown so much and there fitness levels two. Only problem is, for their age group, there's only 1 class a week, would be better for 2 really as the are teenagers but too small for adult class x
