Invited for a free trial... geared myself up to go.. stood at the front desk for 15 minutes and literally got ignored... didn’t get greeted by ANYONE as per the trial suggests. I asked two of the guys there for a class a da if they were they were new, and they laughed, acted arrogant as anything and then walked off to the class not giving any help at all. Will has thrived since joining Taekwon-Do. His confidence, energy and enthusiasm has been evident and he looks forward to each session. His instruction is of the highest level, but given in an enjoyable way and as a parent watching, I can only praise Ben and his team for the facilities and tuition they provide.

My son has been after starting some form of martial arts for a while, I settled on Apex due to the good testimonials. The instructors are excellent and they strike a good balance between discipline and fun.

Started taking ladies kickboxing classes back in May and have absolutely loved it so far. For anyone wanting a great workout, I highly recommend Apex. I have also started taking private sessions with Adam every week and those have been a great way to work on technique. After trying many personal trainers in my time, he is definitely the best!
