  • I trained with Amanda for 10 weeks. We covered nutrition and then I had a training plan. Amanda also accommodated my training times, to train to fit around work commitments. I feel so much stronger, in control , and really enjoyed working with a PT/coach who was equally, if not more committed to my journey.   • I started with Amanda 8 weeks ago after an injury and whilst I was still recovering from long covid. I felt weak and pretty down about my loss of fitness. The work she's done with me on my nutrition as well as my physical train has been amazing. She's paced my training well, I have really transformed and think I am stronger than I was before! She's a brilliant trainer and I love every session (even the hard ones!).
