Sam is a brilliant PT and offers something different to your normal gym. He spends time getting to know you and what your goals are and sets out clear plans on how to achieve that. He’s also got a brilliant sense of humour

I’ve been attending Sam’s small PT class for just over a year now and don’t know where I would be without it. Sam has helped me gain strength, confidence and improved my overall fitness. He always makes classes fun and offers great advice with nutrition whatever your end goal is. I would highly recommend joining AORA!

Sam’s an attentive, professional and friendly personal trainer who makes staying fit and heathy a lot of fun. I’ve been going to small group training with Sam for over a year now and I would highly recommend it. I’ve built my fitness considerably and exercise/keeping fit has now become a habit. The sessions are varied, enjoyable and the other people are great. Sam is always so helpful and he’s always willing to help with whatever we need.
