Wow what a guy Jason is. I approached Jason when I joined the gym , as I needed to loose weight and build up my fitness and live a healthier life. Having worked with Jason for over a year to improve my health and fitness I feel like my fitness levels have skyrocketed! Recently started training Jase, my partner has been having sessions with him for over a year and having briefly discussed my needs it was an easy choice to make. Supremely knowledgeable and incredibly passionate, infectiously so! After just a few sessions and helping with my nutrition I've lost weight, feel better and more engaged with my gym experience. If you want to improve yourself mentally and physically I cannot recommend Jason enough.

I have been training with Jason for a couple of years now and I can highly recommend him. I first started training with him to gain more knowledge and to give me more confidence in and around the gym. Jason is very good at putting you at ease, I never feel like I'm being judged and he's really patient and encouraging. It's obvious that this is Jason's passion, his knowledge is vast.
