Have done 8 weeks so far with Richard. He has supported me with my diet and fitness. My life has inproveded so much, much more than I could of ever expected. He has shown me how to overcome my barriers and what my body can do. I have not only lost weight I have also gained so much confidence in myself that I have never had before. This is my first experience of having a pt, Iv never been one for going to the gym partly as I wasn’t sure on what I was doing. I started training with Rich 10 weeks ago and I’m so glad I did. He’s very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. Any concerns or worries he’s always there to help. I couldn’t recommend him enough and I already feel like Iv achieved a lot in just 10 weeks.
