When I first started with Anika in November I was feeling weak and as a volleyball player I wanted to improve my strength and performance, aside from addressing issues with my shoulders. Having had PTs before, I’ve never found one as good as Anika. I saw and felt changes in my body after training with Anika in a short space of time, and I believe this is due to her genuinely caring that I am happy with the workouts she’s set me and that I enjoy doing them rather than saying ‘do this’ like so many other PTs do. I'm delighted with the results that have come from working with Anika. I wanted to improve the mobility, flexibility and strength in my lower back and hips. I've achieved more than I wanted and had fun along the way. Every session is tailored to me and my body. Anika can spot my weaknesses and imbalances and then gives the perfect set of movements and exercises to improves these. I would recommend Anika, she is knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic and I always enjoy training with her.

When I came to Anika I was feeling really weak and tired and underconfident in the gym. Over the years I've had four different PTs and I can definitely say Anika is the best of them. She listens to what your goals are and integrates that into each session, always adjusting the movements to your body. I would wholeheartedly recommend Anika for personal training! She has been training me for almost 6 months, and I leave every session feeling stronger and more capable. She has been able to address all of my issues, including improving my posture and knee/hip pain. I look forward to every session and cannot recommend her enough :)
