I am an exchange student who came to the city college of Peterborough, and it was a rough experience. Nothing was organised and the activities were just shopping and going to the park. We had 3 teachers in one week and they didn't explain stuff of our level. They didn't organise anything and there weren't any monitors to explain us things like the city of Peterborough, going to Cambridge... I can’t begin to explain bad experience we are having with this agency. Activities aren’t organised, when you try to change them they won’t let you and whenever you try to ask them for something to do, they won’t let you. How are we supposed to have a good, fun and educative experience when we don’t get the kind of assistance we are supposed to get? They promised us a lot of things and none of them had been fulfilled.

I'm an exchange student in Peterborough and I'm very disappointed with this agency. Their organization is terrible, the activities aren't well done, for example, the first day we were supposed to have a tour through the city, but no one came and we stayed all the afternoon doing nothing. Yesterday we were supposed to go to a museum, but the agency book for us in the only day that it was closed, so we couldn't see it.
