I was bought a wood turning Course with Andy Browne for my birthday. Andy is a great calm instructor who gives clear instruction and demonstrations, he makes it look very easy but keeps you when you are doing it on the right track, I loved it and enjoyed chatting to him too, I sure with his stories he could talk to anyone. I will probably return with a friend as I really enjoyed my day with Andy. Totally recommend this day out, great!

Had a very enjoyable 4 days learning the basics of wood turning with Andy. Have now got the bug and itching to keep practicing and go further. Martine provides a delicious lunch and plenty of tea, coffee, juice etc. Thank you I will definitely be coming back for more lessons.

What a fantastic day thank you Andy. I had a very relaxed day and learnt so much in such as short time. Andy is a great teacher and doesn't try to overload you with to much information. I didn't think about work at all whilst I was there which added to the enjoyment of the day. I made a great bowl which Im very proud of but more importantly I learn a great deal and had so much Fun. Also my compliments to the chef we had a lovely lunch sat in the sunshine looking at the beautiful surroundi...

Great experience. Andy showed me what to do and was quick to step in and point out where I was going wrong when my enthusiasm outstripped my ability. I took home a beautiful bowl made from sycamore that looks like a professional made it and not a first timer like me. Would I go again? Most definitely yes! Now, where can I fit a lathe in my garage?….

Great one day introduction to wood turning with all my new lathe owner safety concerns addressed. Turned my first bowl with some assistance.. OK quite a lot 😉 Lots of tips on good practice and a new shopping list.. Thank you Andy for your time, skill and patience. Highly recommended.
