A little bit of a specialist recommendation - I mean, who _plays_ bridge these days? - but for those that do or want to learn how, you couldn’t do much better than Andrew Robson Bridge. Superb teaching from expertly competent players who also 1) care and 2) can relate all manner of concepts to experts and newbies alike, and many options available for in-person and online learning and competition both. See you there for Gentle Duplicate on Monday nights?

Andrew Robson is a brilliant teacher as well as a great bridge player. He respects players of all levels and in his daily bridgecasts he speaks to us as equals, when he is in fact So Much more accomplished. I learn so much from him in every lesson, and I've been playing bridge for over 40 years. If you want to improve as a player then follow this man! This review is not endorsed by anyone, sadly!!

The best teaching/playing club in the country, catering for all standards from beginner to highly experienced. Delightful people too. Andrew himself is one of the best players in the world and an exceptionally sympathetic, lucid and relaxed teacher. There is no mistake you can make or question you could ask where he would ever make you feel stupid and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable, well-organised, relaxed and welcoming.

Can't say enough for this club. Been a member for a few years now. Always welcoming, always professional, always kind. You can turn up with a partner or alone. Nothing is ever a problem. Great schedule and amazing teachers. Caroline is a 🌟 - did a fantastic lesson with her today. Apart from the above, also excellent coffee & healthy food menu reasonably priced. Thank you all at ARBC.
