What I like the most about Andrew is he knows how to motivate me and makes every training session challenging but rewarding even after 7 years. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals. Very personable and very professional- starts every session promptly and never cancels a session.

I have been training 3 days a week with Andrew at the Engine Room for nearly four years which is the longest period I have retained a PT. In that time I have put on muscle mass, improved my mental health and rarely miss a session. Andrew pushes me to limits I never thought I would achieve. He is incredibly dedicated and all sessions are planned out in advance over a 2 week period. More importantly the sessions are varied and never mundane. I highly recommend Andrew as a Personal Trainer.

I've never cancelled a session - it's that good! Andrew pushes me hard, and knows what motivates me. He is calm and encouraging, always moving my fitness programme forward, he won't let me give up without me really trying to complete something. He is extremely thorough: an expert and knowledgeable trainer. He's also really easy to talk to, or happy to be quiet, whatever you prefer on the day. Very highly recommended.

I’ve been training with Andrew for about 15 years, 3 times a week and he’s been a brilliant trainer and fitness coach. He really knows his stuff and consistently pushes me further in my training and keeps his sessions interesting and varied. I’ve seen real results over the years, especially in my overall attitude to fitness as a part of my daily routine. I recommend highly!!!

Andrew had been my trainer for over 15 years now. An expert in his field, he’s been able to help me with all my of fitness and body goals. He has a knack of pushing me hard, yet knowing when I’ve hit or exceeded my limits on any given day. The sessions are always planned, consistent, professional and fun. Highly recommended.
