From the moment I met Andrea I knew I was in good hands and I was not wrong! The very moment she laid her hands on my head, I felt calm and relaxed! The treatment was perfect - exactly what I needed and Andrea is just lovely. I felt safe, supported, relaxed and revived and cannot wait til my next treatment. Her dedicated workspace is calm and soothing with the sound of birdsong coming through the window! Pure bliss!!!

The calm that this class brings washes over you as you walk through the door and are greeted with Andrea’s warming smile. Andrea describes the movements clearly and explains how they benefit you. She always gives you ways to make something easier or more challenging so the class really is for everyone. It’s a friendly, welcoming bunch of people. The bonus of it all is the night’s sleep that you experience afterwards 🙏🏽

Andrea is a lovely warm person. She makes yoga fun but relaxing, adapts to all levels and is very patient and caring. I love her classes and will hopefully be back soon after an injury. Not caused by yoga i might add 😂 Her reflexology is amazing, I come out feeling so chilled and sleep like a baby that night. I spend the first part of my treatment asking questions, what's that bit for, what does that do? Then close my eyes and drift off 😴 It's heaven 😍 x

I cannot recommend Andrea's yoga classes enough. Andrea has helped me transition from quite a low point in my life to a life feeling grounded, strong and mindful. I contacted Andrea asking for support with my back which I have had problems with from a teenager. Andrea devised a tailor programme for me and through a 1:1 session (and some additional support from Rayner Wilding - a fantastic Osteopath) she taught me the importance of posture and positioning and how to really listen to my body, n...

I love love love my Yoga practice with Andrea. She caters for all levels of ability and always ensures correct posture. I’ve leaned so much and feel more flexible and stronger since attending class. Back in the summer I attended a lot of the Yoga in the Park sessions which I also highly recommend. Practising Yoga in the fresh air, feeling the grass between my toes and the sun on my face is really special and what a great group to share the experience with xx
