I was at an event last night at the Ovo Hydro, I was taken to the medical centre after having a really bad anxiety attack, ( the man who took me along- Joe, was lovely) however…the medical centre staff (I didn’t get names) were pretty much useless, I was only offered a cup of water, no distractions to calm myself down, no sympathy. As a young girl (17) I thought this was ridiculous,, there isn’t much mental health support out there, so even someone to chat to would’ve been nice last night. ...

The service and attention provided by Jimmy and Alex the paramedics to my 90 year old mother was outstanding removing much of her anxiety whilst being taken for a catarac operation. I cannot praise them enough for their help and assistance.

Excellent service, Danielle and Gordon were amazing with my mum.

If tthis Mickey Mouse organization does not bother to come back with a quote Glasgow Royal Infirmary to Edinburgh Royal infirmary to Chelsea and Westminster hospital a pretty good expensive transfer within an hour would you put your life in this hand?
