The facilities are top-notch, and the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. I want to give a special shoutout to Mathew, who goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and getting the most out of the class. I'm grateful to have found Amplify Wellness and I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for an exceptional yoga experience

I've been having 3-4 PT sessions a week with Matthew McGrath for over a year now and I am extremely happy with the results to date. He always takes the time to listen to my needs or limitations and tailors each session around them. He is amazing! I've also had several deep tissue and sports massages with Matthew and he can always pinpoint where the problems are and work on them!
