I started Adams Bootcamp 3 weeks ago and it’s fantastic.I had let my fitness slip but I had no need to worry as Adam is very professional and knowledgeable and every exercise could be adapted. The variety of exercises are fab and very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Adam 💪🏻 Give his Bootcamp a go 😊

I went to Adam’s bootcamp for the first time on Saturday and it was so enjoyable. He has great knowledge about a whole range of different exercises and adapts for every individual. He is really motivating and supportive, while also chatting throughout making the exercises fun! I would definitely recommend training with him!

The sessions are well planned, fun and exciting. Session price is really good and Adam is very knowledgeable about fitness, weight loss/gain. He even does 1-1 sessions.. highly recommend using him !!!!

Adam is an excellent knowledgeable personal trainer and has made my sessions really enjoyable. I would highly recommend him to anyone as he's so supportive and friendly. Adam really pushes you to perform to the best of your ability, educates you and constantly makes the sessions different. Thank you Adam.

The perfect place for improving fitness, gaining strength and nutritional advice. Adam runs great classes and creates well-designed programmes that can be followed by all fitness levels. Would highly recommend.
