I have been working with Jeff & his team for many years and can say what a professional & dedicated team they are. I have found my overall fitness improve considerably. Prompted by a questionnaire to review my fitness needs, I began playing the fitness routines on my phone during Lockdown 2 when the weather was bad and I needed some extra motivation to get active. Jeff's daily suggestions were ideal for me. His bright and breezy videos kept me going. If I started, I was definitely going to get to the end!
